Three Men Accused Of Armed Robbery
Residents in Contra Costa County have been on the lookout for three armed assailants that have been robbing local homes and businesses. Three suspects, Erick Daigle, Maurice Brunson and Gyovanni Daigle were apprehended as they attempted to get away from a Domino's Pizza in Antioch that they had allegedly just robbed. Police believe that the men are responsible for a string of home invasions and robberies. Erick Daigle and Gyovanni Daigle, who are brothers, have also reportedly admitted to perpetrating other crimes.Police had been tipped off about their crime spree a few weeks ago and were watching the three men when they pulled up to a Domino's Pizza restaurant in Antioch. The three men were driving a distinctive Ford Mustang when police began to follow them for an undisclosed period of time up until the point they were arrested. After officers realized that the men were committing a robbery, they went in with guns drawn and arrested them without incident. All three men have been charges with multiple felony charges ranging from possession of stolen property to assault with a deadly weapon.
Maurice Bronson is being held on $340,000 bail. Erick Daigle and Gyovanni Daigle were charged with 19 and 15 felonies respectively. Gyovanni Daigle was arraigned on $1.4 million bail, while his brother, Erick, had his bond set at $2 million. Police are currently investigating other robberies that may have been committed by the three men. Bronson maintains his innocence while Erick and Gyovanni Daigle are reportedly cooperating fully with police.
